Our ‘Ohana

Hālau Ka’eaikahelelani (KIK) is an immersion school of Hawaiian arts and culture located on Hawai’i island. We utilize our extensive network of diverse cultural practitioners and community stakeholders to provide unparalleled enrichment opportunities.

Within the fundamental teachings of Hawaiian arts and practices are centuries of knowledge and understanding essential to the foundation of Hawaiian culture and the sustainability of our islands.

Over the last year, Hawai’i has experienced unprecedented hardship due to the disproportionate effects of COVID-19 with full recovery estimated to be more than a decade away. Now, more than ever, KIK believes that support of Hawaiian art and culture is integral to increase our community’s holistic well-being and foster resilience for generations to come.
